Delivery

Once we receive your order, we will process and aim to dispatch this on the same day providing the order has been completed before 12 noon, otherwise it will roll over onto the next days orders. Please allow up to 3 days for delivery of your order. Equipment may be sent direct from our suppliers, depending on the product.

If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. We will only charge you for the items that we have in stock and dispatch to you.

Standard UK Delivery Service (Next Day)

• Free delivery on web orders requires a minimum order value of £100 (ex VAT).
• A delivery charge of £4.95 (ex VAT) will be charged for orders with a value of less than £100 (ex VAT).
• Delivery is usually made the next day if you order before 12PM.
• Next day delivery only applies to mainland UK orders and excludes remote and offshore areas.
• Next day delivery excludes weekends - please select a premium service if you require a Saturday delivery.
• Orders placed after 12PM Friday and over the weekend will be processed Monday for delivery Tuesday.
• Standard UK delivery charge excludes Northern Ireland, Highlands, Isle Of Man and Isle Of Wight. For these areas please check the remote and offshore delivery table below.
• Heavy items may be liable for additional delivery/handling charges. Customers will be contacted by ourselves before such an order is processed.
  

Premium Delivery Services

• Premium delivery services, such as delivery on a Saturday or next day delivery before 9AM or 10AM can be arranged at extra cost - please check the table below.
• You should order before 12PM to ensure your premium delivery arrives on time.
• We cannot offer premium delivery options for remote areas, offshore and Northern Ireland.

Offshore And Remote Deliveries

• For remote areas, off-shore and Northern Ireland please allow 3-4 days for delivery.
• Postage rates for these areas vary, please check our table below.
• A supplementary delivery cost for heavy equipment may apply.

Direct Delivery Items

Some items such as heavy or bulky items and some items of crockery have an extended delivery time as they are delivery directly from our supplier.

Although most items will be delivered to you within 5-7working days we cannot guarantee delivery times for these products.

Heavy Equipment

Delivery of machines, refrigeration and all flat-pack items will be made to the ground floor entrance to the building. It does not include negotiating lifts or stairs.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that products ordered will fit through doorways and into their premises. We cannot accept responsibility if it will not fit. Any carriage charges caused by an aborted delivery are the customers responsibility.

Delivery does not include unpacking or positioning or assembling items.

Heavy items may be liable for additional delivery/handling charges. Customers will be contacted by ourselves before the order is processed.
