Returns

We hope you will be pleased with your purchase. Should you wish to return anything bought from us, we will be happy to refund or exchange a product provided it is in fully resalable condition. The following conditions apply:

1. Returns should be made within 10 days of receipt and in original, undamaged packaging.
2. Returns made after 10 days will be subject to a restock charge of 25% of the original selling price.
3. No goods are accepted for return after 30 days from receipt.
4. If we find that the product has not been returned to us in fully resalable condition, we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item, or deduct up to 25% of the original selling price from the refund amount.

Returns Procedure:

You will require a returns authorisation number to return any item. Call our sales team on 01260 277694 to get your returns authorization number and details on how to return the item.

Damages and shortages:

Any order which is received short or damaged must be reported by telephone within 24 hours of delivery.

Warranty Repairs:

All items supplied are guaranteed in accordance with the terms of the manufacturer’s warranty provided with the goods or for 1 year if not stated with the goods. Warranty applies to UK mainland only. Items that are marked ‘No commercial warranty’ which are suitable for domestic use only must be returned direct to the manufacturer in the event of breakdown.
