Terms and Conditions

When you place an order on our website you will receive an automatically triggered invoice. We will indicate acceptance of your order and dispatch confirmation by email, and hence a contract between us We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing or we are no longer able to supply a particular product. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.

Where Catertrader agrees to supply goods on a credit account, the invoice must be paid within 28 days of the invoice date. Goods remain the property of Catertrader until paid for in full. Catertrader may charge interest at 13% p.a. on any amount not received by the due date until such amount is received, both before and after judgement.

Returns Policy

Goods returned will be accepted entirely at Catertrader discretion, within 10 days of delivery to you providing that they are unused, in perfect condition and in their original packing.

Returns made after 10 days will be subject to a restock charge of 25% of the original selling price. No goods are accepted for return after 30 days from receipt.

Any goods returned to Catertrader without authorisation or not in the condition set out above will be rejected and returned to you at your cost. Catertrader reserve the right to charge an administration charge on all such returns.

Passwords

The customer will be responsible for the security of their password to access their account. The security of this password is the responsibility of the customer. Catertrader advises that passwords are not disclosed to third parties and are changed on a regular basis. Catertrader will not be liable for any loss resulting from the misuse of passwords.
